Your Self-Esteem Repair Kit

In my previous post, I talked about psychic vampires. Once again, a psychic vampire has such a weakened self-esteem that they have to suck the self-esteem from someone else.

Now, not everyone with low self-esteem is a psychic vampire. But all psychic vampires have low self-esteem. Psychic vampires are so extreme in their lack of self-worth that they have to feed off of other people to survive.

I’m just talking extremes. The average person with low self-esteem does not have to suck the life out of anyone else. But it still sucks to have low self-esteem. Thus, a blog post on self-esteem repair could do the world some good. And that’s one thing I want to do in life – do good.

Your self-esteem repair kit

First, you need a purpose. If you have no purpose in life, you will have low self-esteem.

Second, once you’ve found your purpose, get really good at a skill set or two or three that will help you achieve your purpose. Getting really good at something will improve your identity big time. In fact, it becomes part of your identity.

Next, start a work out program. Which one? You tell me. I don’t know what you’ll enjoy. Pick one you’re not going to quit and stick with it. If it excites you, it’s the right one.

Working out hard releases endorphins. Endorphins make you happy. Enough said.

Fourth, do you have substance abuse problems? If so, do whatever you have to do to quit.

And lastly, humans are social animals. Turn off the TV and leave the house.

This will work

I can guarantee you that if you take these five steps, your self-esteem will improve. Big time. I’m that guy who read all the self-help books in the 90s who’s now very functional, very happy, and considered by others as successful.

Good luck to you my friends. If you have roadblocks, let me know and I’ll see if I can come up with a workaround. I want you to be happy because when everyone is happy, crime is down, the economy goes up, and that makes my stocks go up.
