Winners have swagger

Winners have a bit of swagger to them. Ever heard of Tom Brady? One of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game.

Well, he was drafted in the 6th round. Nobody wanted him because the scouts said he was too skinny and too weak to play in the NFL.

Yet, in training camp, in his first year, he walked right up to Coach Belichick and told his coach that he was going to be the best Patriot there ever was. Talk about swagger! That’s a pretty bold claim.

Has he lived up to it? Of course he has.

Winners have swagger

I’m not at all a Patriots fan. I’m just using Brady as an example. Love him or hate him, you have to admit – he’s quite bold. He’s got genuine swagger to him.

If you want to succeed, confidence is a must. Look, nobody’s going to believe in you until you make it. That’s a hard fact of life.

Nobody will believe in you because successful people are a rare breed. Most people go through life without living their dreams. You’ll meet some folks who almost made it. You’ll also meet a lot of folks who “would have made it but.”

The babes like swagger

You know who else has swagger besides NFL quarterbacks and MMA fighters? Rock stars. Watch guys like Prince, Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, Rob Halford, Jimi Hendrix. They all have “it” and the babes love them for it. Confidence is sexy. Therefore, be confident.

Get really good at something. Find something you’re passionate about. Then, get really good at it. Become the top 1% of your field. It’s a lot easier than you think because most people are too chickenshit to pursue their passions. If you’re pursuing your passion, you’re ahead of the game. It’s just a matter of time. Be bold. Be confident. Stand up straight, and add some swagger to your steps.
